Technical Support Technician
Technical Support Technicians must be able to quickly troubleshoot and diagnose audio and connection issues to close each ticket. • Perform extensive testing before a live set, as well as solving any problems that arise once a broadcast has begun, as assigned by the Tech Support Manager. • Communicate with third parties, such as the equipment vendors, to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. • Once a problem is diagnosed, in conjunction with the Technical Support Manager, is responsible for finding a solution to correct the problem. • Must log and close all tickets at the direction of the Tech Support Manager. • Must attend all MANDATORY staff meetings. • Must respond to management messages or calls.
Must be tech savy. Training will be provided.
We are looking for Promotions Associates Club One Nation Radio is rapidly expanding and need new promotions associates to help continue to increase the brand. As a Promotions Associate, you will be responsible for the day-to-day logistics and execution of Club One Nation Radio campaigns. Demonstrated excellence in time management and all forms of communication as well as willingness to jump in at the deep end almost every day is essential.
Responsibilities of the Promotions Associate:
Maintain regular contact and communication with Promotion Manager and Assistant Promotion Manager
Participate in regular training to ensure up-to-date knowledge of promotions and industry specifics
Promote current and upcoming events, live sessions, etc,
Assist with other duties as assigned
Excellent customer service skills
Strong organizational skills and time management skills
Ability to work independently as well as within the team
Ability to represent a professional, positive, and enthusiastic demeanor with listeners as well as fellow team members
Technical Support Manager
Technical Support Manager must be able to quickly troubleshoot and diagnose audio and connection issues to close each ticket. • Perform extensive testing before a live set, as well as solving any problems that arise once a broadcast has begun, as assigned by the Tech Support Manager. • Communicate with third parties, such as the equipment vendors, to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. • Manage Tech support associates, and be responsible for finding a solution to correct the problem. • Must log and close all tickets that have not been closed. • Must attend all MANDATORY staff meetings. • Must respond to management messages or calls.
Must be tech savy, and have some management experience. Must be flexible and available throughout the airing times.
On-Air Personality-$25 per month fee applies (MANDATORY)
We are seeking a Talk Radio Host/ Personality that will be responsible for 1-2hour long, 1 day a week broadcast. Candidate will work with Executive staff for the design of the broadcast.
Responsibilities of the Parties
• Study background information in order to prepare for programs or interviews.
• Identify stations, and introduce or close shows, using memorized or read scripts, and/or ad-libs.
• Interview show guests about their lives, their work, or topics of current interest.
• Prepare and deliver news, sports, and/or weather reports, gathering and rewriting material so that it will convey required information and fit specific time slots.
• Read PSA’s to inform audiences of important events.
Discuss various topics with guest, viewers or listeners.
• Comment on music and other matters, such as weather or traffic conditions.
• Select program content, in conjunction with producers and assistants, based on factors such as program specialties, audience tastes, or requests from the public.
• Announce musical selections, station breaks, commercials, or public service information, and accept requests from listening audience.
Must be outgoing, exciting and willing to take direction.
Disc Jockey-$25 per month fee applies (MANDATORY)
We are looking for high energy and passionate people who want to grow with us.
Performs on-air duties for station. • Runs commercials, answers hot line (phone) • Assists with On-Air events coordination. • Plays music as scheduled. (must be flexible to perform 1-2 night per week) • Requires the ability to follow directions as directed by the Program Director, or other Executive staff. • Requires the working knowledge of interviewing and developing rapport with guests. • Requires good verbal skills. • Must attend all MANDATORY meetings. • Must be equipped to go on air.
